Summary

QB3 is a DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) that optimizes last-mile logistics for small retailers using a collaborative, incentive-based infrastructure. Unused storage spaces are tokenized via non-transferable NFTs and organized into virtual hubs to bring inventory closer to customers. Participants are rewarded with QB3 tokens. A DAO governs the protocol.

Role

Blockchain developer. Designed and implemented smart contracts with Solidity, built and deployed the front-end dApp, structured tokenomics, and presented the full project during a final capstone for Alyra's blockchain developer certification.
